Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and project suitability.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location benefits to potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.
- Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications & quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors & vendors for smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager.
- Conduct inspections, snagging & de-snagging until project handover.
